This stylish and modern apartment sleeps 4 - 6 persons and is situated on on the 2nd floor of Buchanan Court in Calton Road. Situated in Edinburgh's historic Old Town, it is within very easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions including the Palace of Holyrood House, the award winning Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile, containing a thousand years of turbulent Scottish history. The apartment benefits from internet access, gas central heating and double glazing as well as a living flame gas fire in the lounge, all of which combine to provide year round comfort. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms which both face out onto the courtyard. One of these bedrooms has a zip/link bed, which means it has the flexibility of being used as a double room with a super king size bed, or as a twin room with 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has stylish tiles, a 3 piece white suite with a powerful shower fitted over the bath and heated towel rail.

The living/ dining area is sufficiently large to accommodate 6 people for both dining and relaxing. Furnished with a large corner sofa which converts into a double bed, a stylish glass topped dining table which seats 6, a flat screen TV with digital channels, a DVD and Hi-fi. To the rear of the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with a range of appliances, including a dishwasher, freezer, fridge microwave, tumble drier and washing machine.
The apartment has its own secure allocated parking space. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. All towels and a welcome pack of essentials such as tea, coffee and sugar, are provided.
From the apartment, the Royal Mile is less than 1 minutes walk away and Waverley Station, the city's main railway station, is only 5 minutes walk in the other direction. The fashionable East End is also a short walk from the apartment and is host to a large number of designer shops including Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Armani and Harvey Nichols. The area is also host to a large number of bars and clubs and some of Edinburgh's finest restaurants.
