Situated to the east of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, our 4 designer apartments are ideally positioned for both shopping and entertainment with the Playhouse Theatre, St. James Shopping Centre, the bars of Leith Walk and the restaurants of Elm Row and Broughton Street all nearby.
In total we can accommodate up to 26 persons depending on availability. Prices available on request
We have 4 apartments in the same building: three 2 bedroom apartments each sleeping 4 - 6 persons and one 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 - 8 persons. Each apartment has one en suite master bedroom, wardrobes for storage, bedside lamps and double beds that can be set up as separate twin beds, allowing for flexibility. There is also a separate bathroom with bath and shower which is tiled to a high standard.

Each living room has a sofa plus a three-seater sofa bed for an additional guest. Equipped with flat screen digital TV, DVD player, and free wireless internet, each living room allows you can access the decked south facing garden area with outdoor table and chairs which is useful for those guests who smoke. All apartments have a fully equipped modern kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
These apartments are fully serviced with towels, bedding, and tea towels supplied. Security door entry and concierge on site. Guests also have use of a fitness suite and secure parking.
The Omni Centre is nearby with its large range of bars and restaurants, its gym and multi-screen cinema. Also within walking distance is St Andrews Square with the Harvey Nicols store and other designer outlets. Edinburgh's buses provide fast and efficient transport to the rest of the city, with the major bus routes easily reached from Brunswick Apartments.
