Located within easy reach of the City Centre, our friendly and comfortable guest house is within a traditional Victorian tenement, just off Leith Walk, Edinburgh's main thoroughfare that connects Princes Street and the historic Port of Leith. On our doorstep is the Playhouse Theatre and there are buses running to all parts of the city. The Waverley Railway Station and St. Andrews Bus Station are both only a stone's throw away.
