Sleeping 1- 6 persons, Broughton Place is a bright and airy garden flat in the centre of the city, enjoying an envied position in the centre of the city. Located in a quiet residential street accessed off Broughton Street, which is host to many bars and restaurants. Princes Street is a mere 10 minute walk away where the Edinburgh Castle is in direct view and also within walking distance as is the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. A hospitality tray is provided for your arrival. Prices: £70 - £150 per night (Minimum Stay: 2 nights) Sorry, no stag or hen parties.
Broughton Place has one large and two small bedrooms, all with double beds. The internal kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The internal bathroom is spacious with an electric shower over the bath. The sitting room is bright, facing on to the rear garden and has a pair of sofas, dining table and chairs, and is equipped with a TV, DVD, CD player and video recorder.

The flat itself is non-smoking but there is access to the small garden to the rear which is private to the property. It enjoys the sun until about 3pm when you may move to the front patio to catch the remaining sun.
Broughton Place is on the fringe of the New Town which offers interesting walks and was the home to some of Edinburgh initive and enlightened peoples of the Georgian era. Calton Hill is easily accessed from this side of town and is worth climbing for some of the best views of the city. Directly across the road the Number 27 or 23 bus takes its passengers to the Botanic Gardens. The Scottish Tourist Board is situated at the Princes Mall a ten-minute walk away where information about Edinburgh and the surrounding areas of Scotland is available.
