Situated in the very heart of Scotland's Capital City, this second floor apartment is in an excellent position beside Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden. Sleeping up to 8 persons with fantastic views over the Edinburgh skyline, it is conveniently located for all attractions and festivals - Princes Street is just 10 minutes away, and there is a regular bus service right outside the door, taking you to the heart of the city. Caffe Barista is on the ground floor, where you can enjoy fresh coffee and a light snack during the day. Prices from: £400 per week
The Botanics Apartment is beautifully decorated throughout with a bright and airy, but very homely feel to it. There are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single, plus an added sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment benefits from gas central heating throughout. The spacious lounge has two large windows, one of which is on the corner with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle and the city skyline. There is also a double sofa-bed for additional guests.

The Dining Kitchen has a large window overlooking the gardens and woodland and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished with huge fitted wardrobes.The Second Bedroom has double bed with a wardrobe and dresser. The Single Bedroom has one bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.The brand new fitted and fully tiled bathroom is equipped with bath with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.
A cot is available upon request. Waverley Station is 10 minutes away and the airport is a 20 minute journey.

Centrally located for all attractions, the apartment actually faces the entrance of Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden. Regular bus services, numbers 8, 23 and 27, leave from outside the front door. Events such as the Festival and the Hogmanay celebrations, along with the many historical and cultural attractions (castles, palaces, galleries, museums and the huge choice of cafes, bars and restaurants) make Edinburgh an ideal destination for everyone, any time of the year.
