We can accommodate up to 103 persons depending on availability.
Our one, two and three bedroom self catering apartments are located within the newly refurbished Blair House development just off the Royal Mile. These apartments are situated within a traditional Victorian building and have been finished in a modern contemporary style.
Short Break Rates: Prices from £100 per night. (Minimum two nights rental) £250 - £2000 per week. (All prices dependant on season)

Our one bedroom self catering apartment is located within the Blair House development just off the Royal Mile, providing you with a central location from which to explore Edinburgh.

Situated in the heart of the City's Old Town, just off the Royal Mile; our self catering apartments are ideally located for exploring Edinburgh’s many historic sites, restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions and festival venues.
Although Blair House has no reception, a 24hr help number is available for guests during their stay if required.
Payment must be made in advance prior to arrival instructions being issued.
