Our two bedroom apartments all sleep 4 - 6 with some exceptions. The apartment numbers are: 29 - 2 (sleeps 4), 29 - 3, 29 - 6, 29 - 7, 29 - 10, 29 - 12, 29 - 13, 29 - B (basement) , 29 - C (basement, sleeps 5 - 7). Facilities in each include: TV, DVD player, music system, washing machine /dryer, microwave, cooker and fridge/ freezer. Travel cots and highchairs can be supplied. There is a dryer room at basement level. Although Blair House has no reception, a 24hr help number is available for guests during their stay if required.

Welcome pack, bed linen, towels, shaver point and hairdryer are all provided. Wireless broadband access on request in apartments  29 - 7, 10, and 13. (£5 per hour card / £10 per 24 hr card . Access code cards to be pre-ordered with owner.) All heating, electricity and/ or gas, is included.

Situated in the heart of the City's Old Town, just off the Royal Mile, we are ideally located for exploring Edinburgh’s many historic sites, restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions and festival venues. Whether you are here on holiday, visiting on business, attending a rugby match or going to a festival event, our apartments guarantee a comfortable and convenient base to help make your stay a memorable one.

Arrival from 3pm onwards. Departure by 11am. Payment must be made in advance prior to arrival instructions being issued. Short Break Rates: Prices from £100 per night. (Minimum two nights rental) £250 - £2000 per week. (All prices dependant on season)
