This 4 Star apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and commands a triple aspect with lovely open views over Dean Valley and Edinburgh. The master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a TV/video, Sky plus and en suite shower room. There is a second bedroom with twin zip-and-link beds that can be zipped together to make a double bed if preferred. Bathroom with shower. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The living room is equipped with TV and Sky Plus, broadband, telephone (incoming calls only) DVD and Hi-fi system. A selection of books, CDs, DVDs, videos and games is provided for your entertainment. There is a dining area and the kitchen is well equipped with all the usual mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave.
All cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil etc and ground coffee, sugar and tea and milk are provided.
Benefitting from the rural atmosphere of the Dean Village, the apartment is barely ten minutes walk to Edinburgh's main thoroughfare, Princes Street. Edinburgh's financial and commercial centre is also within an easy walk, with convenient access to the airport, stations and the motorway network of central Scotland. There is local convenience shopping on the doorstep at Melville Place. There is a Waitrose supermarket only a short walk/drive away at Comely Bank and Craigleith Retail Park is also a short drive.
