Located on the south side of Edinburgh in the professional area of Newington, our guest house is just 2km from the City Centre and is situated on a major bus route with up to 100 buses per hour. Fully non smoking, we offer a choice of breakfasts, with Scottish, English, Continental or Vegetarian options provided. We can also provide information on local attractions in and around Edinburgh. We have 7 guest rooms available, some of which have en suite facilities. Two of the rooms are doubles and the rest are triples and quads, allowing us to accommodate most group sizes. In the bedrooms, the decor and soft furnishings are all Laura Ashley, with hand-made furniture which has been french-polished by our own family business. All rooms are equipped with TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Edinburgh has a wealth of tourist attractions, museums and galleries, as well as the Arts Festival held in August each year. The best way to discover Edinburgh is on foot, especially in the Old Town where guided tours are available down the famous Royal Mile which runs from Edinburgh Castle to the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace. We have our own gift shop on the Royal Mile with a range of souvenirs and kilts.
