Situated within Edinburgh's historic New Town, our beautiful Victorian town house is only 1/2 mile from the main shopping thoroughfare of Princes Street and the Waverley train and St Andrew's bus stations. The Ardenlee is a family run 3 star guest house arranged over 4 floors, providing our guests with the ideal location for exploring Edinburgh's many attractions and lively nightlife. We have 9 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, with large family, standard family, double, twin and single rooms available. Most of our rooms have en suite facilities with the remaining 2 rooms equipped with wash hand basins and sharing a large bathroom with bath and power shower. All of our rooms have TV, tea/ coffee facilities, central heating and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available on request.

Built in 1871, the house was commissioned by Sir George Warrender and still retains many of it's original features. The Ardenlee's location in the New Town provides access to the bars, restaurants and speciality shops of this stunning Georgian area. The main bus and railway stations are less than a 15 minute walk away , with most of Edinburgh's main attractions also within walking distance.
