on one of the main routes into Edinburgh, we offer access to all major road links to the rest of Scotland. With the major bus routes on our doorstep, Arden is also convenient for the major attractions, from Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle to Dalkeith Country Park and the

Arden has 8 rooms all with en-suite private facilities and can accommodate up to 24 people which makes it ideal for larger parties. Three family rooms available. All have free Sky Movies and Sports Channels.
