Located close to the Playhouse Theatre and the Omni Centre, this modern 4 bedroom town house is a ten minute walk from the main shopping area at Princes Street with access to all of Edinburgh's major attractions. Designed over 3 storeys, this fully serviced property's ground level has a garage, a large open plan dining kitchen, a downstairs cloak room and a spacious hallway leading to the upstairs. Sleeps 7 - 9 persons. The 1st floor has a
large open plan living space with a dining area and a sofa bed for additional guests. This leads to a shower room, then Bedroom 3 (king size/twin bed) and Bedroom 4 (single bed). On the 2nd floor is a large master bedroom (king size/twin bed) with an en-suite which takes up a third of the top floor. A further large bedroom (king size/twin bed) is complimented with the family bathroom next door.

The ground floor kitchen is equipped with all normal utensils, along with a kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and ironing facilities. The property is heated with gas central heating. Mains connected smoke detectors are throughout the property. There are TV points in the lounge, master bedroom and kitchen.

A further five minutes walk gets you to Princes Street with convenient access to the Castle, museums, Princes Street Gardens, the Scott Monument and the world famous Jenner's department store.
