Located in a quiet residential development near to the top of Leith Walk, this luxury first floor apartment has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and is only 5 minutes from the city centre. You can be sure of a good night's sleep, yet you are still within walking distance to all the bars, bistros, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions that Edinburgh has to offer. Sleeps 4 - 6 persons with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can be fitted either with 2 single beds or a super kingsize bed, having hotel style zip-and-link beds. Our designer has handcrafted 2 additional single beds which are stored behind sliding doors off the living room. These custom built beds are solid and suitable for adults or children, offering more comfort than a sofa bed.

Guests will love the shower room which has been designed with luxury in mind. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a 42 inch cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and all kitchen appliances are brand new.

The Omni Centre with its multiplex cinema, the Playhouse Theatre, Calton Hill, Broughton Street and Princes Street are all within walking distance from the apartment. Walk in the other direction and you will find Holyrood Park, Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and the famous Royal Mile. An excellent choice of buses will take you to all the major tourist attractions.
