Alba House is a family run Victorian villa located only minutes from the City Centre, with access to Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Festival Theatre, the Playhouse Theatre and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Prices from: £30 - £50 per person per night (seasonal)
Eight guest bedrooms: 4 situated on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with central heating, TV, coffee table and armchairs, radio/alarm, hair dryer and hospitality tray.

Alba House is only minutes from Edinburgh University's Kings Buildings and the Pollock Halls of Residence. We are also close to the Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool and the New Royal Infirmary hospital.
As we are situated close to the major bus routes, various attractions are accessible, from the excellent shopping opportunities of Princes Street to the
Royal Yacht Britannia, berthed at Leith Docks.
