200 year old former coach house has been extensively modernised
into a 4 star deluxe establishment and is close to both the city by-pass and all main bus routes, providing access to the major historic and cultural attractions. Prices available on request
All bedrooms are fully en-suite with luxury walk in showers and boast 37” LCD televisions complete with freeview offering more than 50 channels including Sky Sports, covering all major sporting events. The rooms are generous in size with
a hotel standard of decor and a choice of single, twin, double or family rooms.

Breakfast and Dinner is served in the Conservatory Restaurant. We also have a residents' bar offering a large selection of beverages.
We have a large private car park for residents.
There is no need to take the car into the city centre as there is an abundance of local buses which stop outside, ready to take you to attractions like the Castle or Holyrood Palace. A selection of pubs serving reasonable priced food are nearby. Within ten minutes there are twelve golf courses and we are the closest guest house to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
