We bought 94 Dalkeith Road in June 2008. Since then we have lovingly restored and renovated this gracious Victorian townhouse and in January 2009, 94DR was launched. The 94DR experience is what it feels like to find yourself transported to your very own home in the heart of Scotland 's inspiring capital. A place where things make sense, where time slows down. First to be renovated were our guest suites and we are extremely proud of the individually designed rooms: all with luxury and spacious en-suites incorporating underfloor heating, power showers and/or roll top baths. Fresh cotton linen and fluffy white towels. Toiletries from the White Company. In-room facilities: Plasma Screens incorporating DVD with use of DVD library, complimentary Wi-fi and Ipod dock. Rooms with stunning views available.

More recently, we have been improving our public spaces: the 94DR Lounge is exclusively for our guests, a chilled space to meet, read or catch up on emails. The Orangery, our new Breakfasting room, enjoys a peaceful view over our private walled garden, prefect for some morning calm and scoffing our gourmet breakfasts.
Fabulous home cooked breakfasts from our resident chef (ex Howies restaurant) with mouthwatering daily specials. Three Private parking spaces
in front of the Guesthouse on a first come basis and free off-street parking opposite. Fast check-in and check-out.
