Sleeps up to 4 persons in two spacious ensuite bedrooms (one double and one twin) with uninterrupted loch views. Each room has armchairs, a dressing table, wardrobe and drawers. Both rooms have CD players and radio alarms, and the twin room has Sky TV and a DVD player. A cot is available on request. The en suite shower rooms offer hairdyers, shaver points, heated towel rails and towels are provided.

The lounge has 2 comfortable settees and an armchair, a flat screen TV with DVD player. Books, games and DVDs are provided. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted with wall and floor units. Appliances include: electric cooker with grill/ oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, Iion and ironing board, table and 4 chairs. A highchair is available.

Wi-fi access available. Aber View is all on the ground floor and there are no steps. Ample driveway parking. Outside there is an enclosed garden, garden furniture and a play area.

Situated between Portree, and Dunvegan, Edinbane has a pub, a hotel, a pottery and is a 45 minute drive from the Skye Bridge and 25 minutes from the Western Isles Uig Ferry. The village has a pub, hotel, and pottery. There are fuel stations at Dunvegan (8 miles) and Portree (12 miles).
